A DIY life: Homemade Mayonnaise recipe – Healthy for you

mayo 5

You can easily make Mayonnaise at home that is both easy, healthy & a boost to your immune system, all while avoiding toxins & other junk in store-bought Mayo.mayo5

I have several versions of Mayonnaise we just love, but they all have 1 thing in common, what’s that you ask? That we slightly cook the egg over boiling water to kill any germs & bacteria if we must buy store-bought eggs. If we use our fresh eggs from our free range chickens I may or may not do this step, so you can decide for yourself, but use good judgment.

To pin this recipe on Pinterest go here

How to mix & cook the egg for mayo

If you have a double boiler just use it, add water in the bottom around half full bring to a slight boil using medium heat (depending on your stove).

Once it starts to boil reduce the heat to low & add the amount of eggs called for in the recipe to the top of the double boiler. (for each egg added add about a 1 to 2 tsp. of water, some also prefer to only use the yolks, or just use the egg whites, find out what works best for you, we usually use the whole egg)mayo1

Cook the egg while constantly whipping it with the whisk for 2 to 3 minutes or until the egg thickens & begins to have little bubbles around the edges.

For some this is when they stop mixing over hot water & then they use a food processor, blender or hand mixer & they do the rest of the mayo without heat, so try it both ways & see what you like best. I prefer to only cook the egg then mix the rest of the way not over the water.

Now use a whisk or hand mixer & mix in your choice of liquid (lemon juice or Apple cider vinegar) & add the natural salt of choice & cook while constantly mixing until the liquid is completely incorporated (about 25 to 30 seconds). Remove the from the heat & continue mixing.

Now slowly add the oil a tbsp. at a time mixing in each tbsp. in before adding the next one. Keep doing this until around half the oil has been added & the mixture has thickened to a consistency of like cream. Now you can add any optional ingredients & the rest & not mix for a few minutes then mix in the remaining oil a tbsp. at a time again, until all of it has been added to your mixture (if recipe calls for more liquid mix it in now) If it is to think some add up to 4 tsp. of boiling water at this point continuing to mix.

mayo 3If you do not have a double boiler use a saucepan with water in it with a small stainless mixing bowl or other heat-resistant bowl, just make sure you keep the bowl suspended just above the water not touching the water. this is the method I use & it works very well. follow the rest of the above info.

Mayo can be used right away, keep chilled, Mason jars/Canning jars make perfect containers for mayo, or use a leftover mayo jar.

Mayo is good for about a week, some mix in colloidal silver during the process to help the mayo last longer, I have not tried that yet.

For the desired consistency you prefer play around with the amount of liquid, egg, oil ratio, you may not like same consistency that we like.

Mayo 4

It is Mayo time!

For oils used in Mayo the one I personally have found that work the best are Virgin coconut oil, Real Olive oil, Palm oil, Palm Shortening, Sesame oil, Avocado oil or any other unrefined oil of your choice. You can use just 1 oil of choice or a combo of oils of choice, so in my mayo5recipes I say just room temp oil. For the Apple Cider vinegar I prefer Bragg or coconut water vinegar, Balsamic vinegar or another vinegar, You can also use fresh squeezed lemon juice (or Lime juice) or Lemon juice concentrate or a mixture of vinegar & juice for these recipes. I also can not stress enough to only use natural unrefined salt such as pink Himalayan salt & organic spices when needed.

For the Love of DIY: Can you tell I love our DIY life? & I love finding new combos to use for hair & skin, I also love that my kids 17 years old down to 8 years old all love helping create our DIY projects & using them, they are often heard telling their friends just how great DIY is.

I am hoping all my sharing of all things DIY can help others to not give up & find what works for them, here’s to you conquering DIY beauty & to your health 🙂

Yes I know I might be a crazy fanatic DIY lady, but I wont bite so ask question & I will try to answer, it is best to ask on my Facebook page to get the fastest response. You can call me natural, frugal, crunchy, hippie or by my name Cheree, just as long as you are willing to have an open mind & do your research.

Lets get started!

As all my fans know I like to rotate what I use as DIY shampoo & DIY conditioner just like I rotate my DIY deodorants, DIY oral care & DIY skin care. So I am going to share a few DIY Shampoo & Conditioner ideas, plus for bath time skin care ideas too. Adjust them to your preferences & needs, there is no exact science to how much you add, just start where I suggest & adjust for your own likes, needs & wants. I also do not always use essential oils because depending on my hair that day they can make my hair greasy, but some days they are awesome in my hair, so if you feel like it add essential oils of choice in whatever steps you want or remove them.

I am only sharing some of the ideas I use, make sure to check out my other DIY shampoo posts & DIY skin care posts for more ideas.

bottles DIYI as I have said in other posts just keep containers in the bathroom on the tub that I can easily pour out of to keep the things I use in them, like a reused creamer bottle for Epsom salt or a reused parmesan cheese shaker for baking soda etc in (go here for more info)

Ideas #1

For Shampoo: 1 tsp. Borax dissolved in 1 cup of hot water I then add & stir in 1 tbsp. of pure witch hazel & pour over dry hair & work it in & let it sit a few minutes then rinse it out. (You can do a second washing with just baking soda water if desired)

Conditioner: 1 tbsp. of lemon juice & 2 tbsp. of fresh rosewater added to 1 cup of hot water. Work it in & let sit up to 5 minutes then rinse out. Then I also did a leave in hair rinse, I added 1 tbsp of rosewater to 1 cup of hot water & poured over my hair, then moisturize if needed.

Skin/face exfoliating mask: While you let the conditioner sit you can make & use a skinexfoliating mask for your face, chest, arms & hands. by mixing 3 parts Epsom salt with 1 part Borax, 1/2 part lemon juice & 1/2 part pure witch hazel, rub it in circles on wet skin & let sit the 5 minutes then simply wash off, then moisturize.

Moisturizing:  I then towel dried my hair & skin & rubbed coconut body butter into my hands well & gently raked my fingers through my hair once, then misted my hair with colloidal silver & brushed. I then misted my face, chest & arms with colloidal silver & rubbed body butter into my skin. (I do this after every time I was my hair, take a bath or shower)

Ideas #2

a1For Shampoo: 1/2 tbsp. of baking soda, 1 tiny pinch of Epsom salt & 1/2 tsp. of raw honey stirred into 1 cup hot water to dissolve. & pour over dry hair & work it in & let it sit a few minutes then rinse it out. ( You can do a second washing with just baking soda water if desired)

Conditioner: 1/4 cup of citrus vinegar made with Apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp. of Vitamin C powder & 1/2 tsp. of raw honey in several cups of hot water. Work it in & let sit up to 5 minutes then rinse out, then moisturize if needed.

Skin/face exfoliating mask: Baking soda & raw honey mixed into a paste & rubbed in circular motions on the face/skin, let sit for up to 5 minutes, then simply wash off, then moisturize.

Ideas #3

For Shampoo: this one I pour on in stages, 1 tsp. of Borax in one cup of hot water stirred into to dissolve, pour on top of the head & scalp only not the length or ends of your hair. then mix 1 to 2 tsp. of Epsom salt in a cup or 2 of hot water & pour on the length of your hair & ends work all wet areas together. Now mix 1/2 tsp. of raw honey & 1 tsp. of baking soda in one cup of hot water & pour over your whole head, work in & let sit a minute or 2 & rinse out. (You can do a second washing with just baking soda water if desired)

Conditioner: 1/4 cup rosewater, 1/4 cup plantain water, 2 drops of tea tree oil or lavender essential oil in a couple of cups of hot water, work it in & let sit up to 5 minutes then rinse out, then moisturize if needed.

Skin/face exfoliating mask: Mix 2 parts clay powder, 1 part Epsom salt, 1 drop lemon

essential oil & 1 drop rosemary essential oil with 1 part colloidal silver or pure water into a paste & rubbed in circular motions on the face/skin, let sit for up to 5 minutes, then simply wash off, then moisturize.

Ideas #4

For Shampoo: Add 2 tbsp. baking soda, 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar or citrus vinegar, when it stops fizzing add 5 drops each of lavender, tea tree & rosemary essential oils, mix into 1 to 2 cups of hot water to dissolve. & pour over dry hair & work it in & let it sit a few minutes then rinse it out. (You can do a second washing with just baking soda water if desired)

Conditioner: (This must be made ahead) Puree one whole clean lemon including peel (remove seeds) 1 peeled cucumber, 1 mango or avocado or fruit of choice, after you puree these add, 1 ounce of colloidal silver or alkaline water, 2 tbsp. lemon or lime juice & mix well, store in fridge until you use it all up (one of the rare make a heads I use, I like to use a fruit puree on my hair about twice a month) add 1 to 3 tbsp. to 1 cup of hot water with optional 2 drops of essential oil of choice, work it in & let sit up to 5 minutes then rinse out, then moisturize if needed.

Skin/face exfoliating mask: Use the same puree you used on your hair on your face, either use straight or mix with Epsom salt &/or baking soda or even coarse oatmeal into a paste & rubbed in circular motions on the face/skin, let sit for up to 5 minutes, then simply wash off, then moisturize.

Ideas #5

Pre conditioner/Oil treatment: This can be used before any DIY shampoo you want, I just wanted to mention it now. Mix room temp raw coconut oil & olive oil (or body butter of choice) into dry or wet hair, wrap hair with damp hot/warm towel, leave 10 to 20 minutes then rinse with hot water & do several baking soda water washes or baking soda & natural liquid soap washes. Now you can shampoo as normal or just skip shampooing & conditioning for now.

hairFor Shampoo:  1 tbsp. of clay powder, 1 ounce of colloidal silver, 1 tsp. of raw honey, 1 to 2 pinches of Epsom salt, mix in one cup of hot water to dissolve. & pour over dry hair & work it in & let it sit a few minutes then rinse it out. (You can do a second washing with just baking soda water if desired)

Conditioner: 1 cup of fresh brewed coffee or tea still warm, 2 drops tea tree oil & lemon essential oil, 1 to 2 pinches of Epsom salt, pour on hair & work it in & let sit up to 5 minutes then rinse out, then moisturize if needed.

Skin/face exfoliating mask: Raw coconut oil & used coffee grounds, rubbed in circular motions on the face/skin, let sit for up to 5 minutes, then simply wash off, then moisturize.

Ideas #6

For Shampoo: 2 to 3 tbsp. of 3% peroxide, 1 tsp. Borax, 1 tsp. of baking soda in 1 to 2 cups hot water to dissolve. & pour over dry hair & work it in & let it sit a minute then rinse it out. I have dark hair & I love using peroxide, so does my teen daughter with dark hair, it has never faded our hair at all, my other teen daughter with blond hair it does seem to help her blond be vibrant, but she leaves it in longer.(You can do a second washing with just baking soda water if desired)

Conditioner: 1 tbsp Bragg apple cider vinegar in one cup of hot water, Options to add: lemon juice, lime juice, witch hazel, coconut water vinegar, citrus vinegar, vitamin c powder, rosewater & pour on hair & work it in & let sit up to 5 minutes then rinse out, then moisturize if needed.

DIY face maskSkin/face exfoliating mask: make a paste with Apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, baking soda & Epsom salt, rubbed in circular motions on the face/skin, let sit for up to 5 minutes, then simply wash off, then moisturize.

A DIY Life: Beach ready Feet – Soft Hands worthy of holding -Year round – For Summer / Winter

You do not have to give an arm & a leg to naturally care for your feet & hands.

a1

Oh those tired feet: Do you just want to keep your feet hidden & dread flip-flop weather? Do feet2ayour feet have dry skin, red patches or other issues that make them look like you were wearing barbed wire shoes all winter?

Lets go barefoot: It is time to run barefoot on the beach, in your yard, the park or wherever you are wanting to get barefoot, footloose & fancy free, with great looking feet.001hands

Give me a hand: And how about your hands, do you hide them away in your pockets just hoping no one wants to shake your hand?  And oh my they can hurt when the dry skin snags on something, is that you?

Raise your hand: Pull out your hands & be proud of them, wave them in the air like Miss America 🙂

I get a lot of questions about care of feet & hands, but in all truthfulness I care for them the same way I care for the rest of my skin, And I always get compliments so it works!

Walk with me: Naturally love your feet & hands

The basics of DIY foot & hand care: I exfoliate & use a mask on my feet & hands once or twice a week, I moisturize my feet & hands daily, & I wash them daily of course but never with soaps, commercial antibacterial anything, or Toxic creams, rubs, cleaners etc. My whole family uses these methods for our skin, feet & hands.

To be totally beach ready check out my blog post with a DIY Sunscreen your whole family can use here.

food grade diatomaceous earthExfoliate: I use the same things that I exfoliate my face with to exfoliate my feet1feet, ankles & hands, like baking soda, Food grade diatomaceous earth, Epsom salt, Borax. (use any of these skin ideas on your feet & hands for amazing results)

Wash/soak: I only wash my feet & hands with baking soda just like the rest of my body, & I soak my feet whenever I feel like it in Epsom salt, baking soda & peroxide in hot water, sometimes I use Bragg Vinegar & lemon juice in hot water for the soak. For my hands I prefer to soak them in Epsom salt & unrefined salt in hot water. For more soaking ideas go here.

003handsFoot & Hand Mask: Just like my face I use a mask on my feet & hands usually just before exfoliating. I like to use Clay powder, raw honey & raw coconut oil, or Clay powder & colloidal silver. Apply allow to dry (about 20 minutes) Go here for more mask ideas.

Moisturizing: After washing & before bed or just as needed rub raw unrefined coconut oil on TT gold labelyour feet & hands, or you can use wheat germ oil or real olive oil or use any of these body butter recipes.

Essential oils: You can add essential oils to any of the above steps, some that are great for skin mixed with either exfoliate, washing, masks or moisturizing are. Lavender, tea tree, rosemary, lemon, orange or patchouli.

Washing dishes, taking a bath or using soaps: Me personally I never use soaps, body washes, commercial beauty washes, commercial shampoo or conditioner for bath & shower, so these things do not get on my skin to dry them out or to absorb toxins into my body. For a bath & shower I use baking soda as my soap & shampoo as stated here. Other things I use in the bath/shower for body & hair are all the things listed above, for DIY shampoo ideas go here. When washing dishes by hand I prefer a little bit of natural soap, sometimes I just use one of my DIY laundry soaps for dishes here, & there are dish soap ideas here , I also enjoyed this dish spray bottleliquid. But most of the time for dishes washed by hand all you will find in my sink is baking soda & borax, colloidal silver & a bar of Zote soap sitting near by if it should be needed. After every bath or hand washing dishes I always run raw oil on my hands like coconut oil or body butter.

Teen approved: My teens & pre-teens love exfoliating with Epsom salt, baking soda & lavender essential oil on their whole body & love it on their feet, they also love washing there hands & body with baking soda. They love using raw coconut oil or body butter as moisturizer. So when I hear people say “just try to get a teenager to use that”, I say “I have & they love it”, my teens & their friends love my DIY ideas.

Dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, athletes foot, rashes, hives & other skin issues: Using 005handsall the above not only gives you soft healthy skin on your feet & hands it can also effectively treat many skin conditions or prevent them. Items like baking soda, borax, raw honey, raw coconut oil, wheat germ oil, olive oil, colloidal silver, clay powder, essential oils (especially lavender & tea tree), peroxide, lemon juice, Diatomaceous earth, rosewater, plantain water etc. These can all be mixed into your skin care routine for great results with any of the above skin issues, allergic reactions, funguses etc. Great for your feet & hands, great for your whole body.

003handsI get lots of questions about feet & hands or skin, I just got a message a week or so about helping eczema on hands, here is my response (same info can be used on feet or anywhere on your body): Washing hands with only baking soda never using soap. You can also do a clay powder hand mask with the clay & colloidal silver, clay & raw honey. I would also spray your hand frequently with colloidal silver & sometimes spray them with Bragg 002handsapple cider vinegar even though it might burn & rinse off after a minute. I would use the raw coconut oil on them as much as possible &/or the raw coconut oil & wheat germ oil body butter with maybe rosemary & feet3lavender essential oil in it  And of course drinking plenty of pure water, not using things your hands touch that have toxins like make up, beauty products, hair products, soaps, dish soaps, cleaners etc & be very careful what you eat, stay away from processed foods & sugars, no sodas, do not use iodized table salt, use natural unrefined pink salt. You can also once a day or a few times a week do a hand soak with Epsom salt, baking soda & peroxide in hot water & leave them soaking 20 to 30 minutes  then rub on the oil after just barely patting dry.

Got Acne? Natural DIY ideas, Prevent & Heal Skin – Pimples – Blackheads – Scarring – Teens – Adults

Acne

This post is for you rather you are a teen or adult, rather you have acne or scarring or just want to prevent them.

Maybe you just want to switch to DIY or more natural skin care, or maybe you want your teen to learn how to use these products & want to know what other teens are using. All these items are used and approved by my teens & even my younger kids use them. I also personally use them.

Natural Face & Skin, cheap, effective natural ideas to maintain & clear up skin!

skinOn my Facebook page I get asked a lot what to use for Pimples & blackheads, I already did a blog post on natural skin care ideas for the face & skin, so check it out for more info on this subject. In this post I will just be discussing some basics for clearing up your face & skin, so make sure to check out all the links.
If you research the subject more needs to be done than just cleaning your face effectively, the root cause of your outbreaks needs to be addressed, look into your diet, avoid refined sugars, refined foods, sodas, iodized table salt, preservatives, low cal, no cal, fat-free, sugar-free, artificial sweeteners etc. Eat a well-rounded healthy diet of real foods, drink plenty of pure water, use natural unrefined salts, use real butter, get vitamins from your diet, but if you must take vitamins make sure they are whole food vitamins & that they are not synthetic. Avoid toxins in skin care & body care products & other toxins in your home & life. Try not to stress.

Great Products to use on your face to fight pimples, blackheads & acne.

Just a short list of items you can use to wash your face by mixing & matching, most of these items are on my top 10 list with very good reason, they work & are very versatile in uses on the body & in the home for health, cleaning etc, and they do not compromise the immune system.

Simple Baking soda!

Many get amazing results & clear their skin up just by switching to washing their face with baking soda & not using soap or any other commercial products on their face/skin.
Why does baking soda work so well?
Baking soda is PH balancing miracle & can serve as a acid or a base & is beneficial in neutralizing pH of your skin & proper PH balance is necessary for fighting acne & breakouts. PH imbalance can lead to more than just acne. Baking soda is also great for pain as it soothes & is anti-inflammatory also reducing redness & swelling. Baking soda while is also a great antiseptic & can aide in preventing bacteria from more reactions & infections. Baking soda a great mild & gentile exfoliating scrub, removing dead & dying skin cells from the top layer of your skin, revealing a healthier layer of skin that glows.

Baking soda is great all around for your whole body (skin) & not just a acne solution it is amazing for irritated,  inflamed skin, itchy, burned skin. Baking soda can be very successfully used for acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, hives, stings, bites & rashes.  We use baking soda for skin/body care in varying ways & I could type all day about my love of baking soda & all its benefits. Baking soda used on skin is so amazing you will notice the difference in skin health & complexion within days.

Skin careUsing Baking soda to clear up acne on your skin & face.
Make baking soda into a thick paste with pure water, apply to wet face washing gently with a wash cloth in circular motion, you can either leave on your face to dry like a mask or wash off with water, pat face dry & apply raw coconut oil  or body butter & work into skin. Mixing baking soda with colloidal silver in a paste is also great.
You can use baking soda as the base & mix it with any of the other items above, add pure water as needed to make the paste. a favorite in our house is using the borax on our skin, everything depending on how sensitive your skin is can be used as a wash or a mask, & baking soda, Borax, Epsom salt,  & salt can also exfoliate. almost all the above items can be used as washes, masks, faceastringents & toners

We do not use soap or shampoo & use baking soda (no poo) so it has many skin care beauty care uses beyond acne as well. We use baking soda to fight allergies, also use it in our DIY toothpaste & DIY deodorant. Baking soda is also great for Animals & Babies skin. Baking soda mixed with water can also be a toner so it is a multi purpose skin care item that is not only cheap, but effective, natural & safe.

  • Coconut oil: Use the coconut oil mixed with the baking soda or with a few drops of essential oils, soothing to skin, & great for rashes & other skin conditions, coconut oil can also be used after your skin care routine, pat dry & rub the coconut oil in, also great applied & rubbed in before make up or used to replace night cream, sunscreen or other moisturizing creams etc. Raw coconut oil used for oil pulling is also great for clearing up skin.
  • Essential oils: Use essential oils mixed with coconut oil as mentioned, or add to baking soda, epsom salt, Olive oil, spray bottle of pure water or colloidal silver etc, but use only 1 or 2 drops. Great to fight infections & can be used as a toner mixed in water. Lavender or Tea Tree essential oils are great for skin health & healing.misting spray bottles, travel size
  • Salt: Use salt mixed with baking soda, coconut oil, lemon juice, ACV, colloidal silver or raw honey (get creative). You can also use easily homemade sole water.
  • Epsom salt: I like Epsom salt mixed with almost anything, it really is great to fight most any skin issues, I also like to dissolve epsom salt in water & was face/skin with the water, you can even add tea tree oil to the water &/or colloidal silver.
  • Raw Honey: Using honey is amazing on skin (& hair), you can add it to the baking soda paste, or mix with coconut oil, lemon juice & or ACV
  • .Clay powder: Using the clay as a mask before or after washing several times a week is great, you can even mix the raw honey in with it, Clay absorbs toxins to as a plus & it draws out infections to. Also soothing to skin. (you can use: white clay, green clay, bentonite clay or Calcium Montmorillonite clay)
  • Food Grade Diatomaceous earth: Use DE as a facial exfoliator, or as a mask, DE is very healing to skin & provides needed nutrients & silica for healthy skin. prevents blackheads & acne, leaves skin feeling amazing & with a healthy glow. simply mix with water in a paste & gently exfoliate face.
  • Activated Charcoal powder: Yes it is black & messy, but boy is is amazing for health & skin care, it draws out toxins as it cleans your skin, getting deep down to remove dirt & grime drawing them out like a magnet, leaving your face soft & refreshed. Great for preventing & healing blackheads, pimples, acne & skin issues. Simply mix with water & use as a spot poultice or a face/skin mask, or mix with clay. Wash off with warm water & follow with a baking soda paste wash to remove any leftover black from your skin.
  • Borax: Use Borax as a base with baking soda or without baking soda, we like the borax best mixed with epsom salt. Borax for many is the key to amazingly healthy skin.
  • Lemon or Lime juice (or even fresh lemon slices): When using citrus juice fresh is best, you can mix it with baking soda (let stop fizzing before applying), it can also be used alone on a cotton ball & let sit a few minutes before washing off. I love lemon juice on my skin & hair. Also makes a great toner.
  • Colloidal silver: Using colloidal silver for many becomes the easiest most effective spray bottletreatment for acne & other skin conditions, you can spray it on & allow to dry several times a day, also taking it to work from the inside out, & it can safely be mixed with other products from above or even commercial products if you prefer. a great toner & very soothing to skin.
  • Vinegar: Using Vinegar can also be very effective & can be mixed with any of the above as a face wash, or even a toner, again it also works great on hair, & you can take Bragg acv in water to fight the acne issue from the inside, soothing to skin.
  • Other Oils: Jojoba, Argan, Emu, Rosehip, Olive oil are all great for skin health & actually help balance oily or dry skin issues. Try making body butter with coconut oil & these oils.
  • Shared by fan Rebecca C: All of it great advise, but I noticed Neem oil was missing from your list.
I have used all the techniques you listed (My husband, myself, and 8 kids, different skin types and different acne/blackhead causes, which require different treatments).
I have found Neem Oil to be particularly good with deep, stubborn, blackheads. A small dot rubbed in, left on for 10 minutes, then gently ‘washed’ off with a very warm clean cloth (just hot water -no soap or oil), twice a day, before your normal face routine. 1 to 2 weeks and it’s gone.

Make sure to check out all the links provided above for more info on using the products I also have lots of info on using them in my DIY Pinterest boards & in my Facebook photo albums & notes, My teen girls love to use the above ideas plus they also like using Knox gelatin on their skin, & using Witch hazel. As to scarring using these natural DIY ideas greatly reduces scarring & can even for some people reverse scarring. DIY face mask

Favorite:
One of our favorite face masks is using Calcium Montmorillonite clay powder mixed with enough raw honey & colloidal silver to make a thick paste, apply thick & evenly to face, leave on an hour, mist with colloidal silver if it starts drying or cracking, then wash face off with warm water, then mist face with colloidal silver & rub raw coconut oil on skin in circular motions, do 2 to 3 times a week.

Another favorite is to mix DE, clay & activated charcoal with water or raw coconut oil or DIY body butter for a scrubbing moisturizing face mask.

As I was doing this blog post I got an email from another great blogger I follow “The Aliso Kitchen“, & their newest blog post is about Acne so I am sharing it with you, make sure & check it out “How I’m Healing My Hormonal Acne Naturally
