We believe in being as natural as possible but sometimes funds limit doing things the way we prefer, so I do the best I can with what I have, & considering how rarely anyone in my home truly gets sick it does seem to work
We try to live as natural as we can on a budget, so that does mean at tax return time I must buy the bulk
of our natural stuff for the whole year like essential oils, clay powder, Diatomaceous earth, food grade peroxide .
We also use Coconut oil, Apple cider vinegar, homeopathic, herbs & spices for health
We also make & use Colloidal silver with the micro particle colloidal silver generator from The Silver Edge
We go outside, walk, play work etc, inside we study, do chores read a book etc
To say “I am bored” is not allowed & none of my kids say it lol

Natural Frugal: Raising 6 kids 
Love your website and have been following you on FB and now Pinterest(trying to learn my way). Only have one child and have no time for anything. Don’t know how you do it 🙂 I bought some Bragg but have been keeping it in the fridge. Do you think that is not good? How long does it last? It is expensive. Tried adding it to water and it was too much. Think I need to work up to it. Suffer from heartburn alot and take pills for it; would like to stop 🙂 Thanks!
it should be fine & un refrigerated it stays good a very long time, try adding it to already warmed water with raw honey to taste
