Natural Baby DIY ideas – Bedtime bath – Wash – Shampoo – More

Are you looking for DIY ideas for babies, toddlers & children?

Babies & young children are easy to make DIY bath & other products for, once you get started you will wonder why you waited.
I get asked lots for info on baby health & DIY baby products, I am reluctant to give exact info for treating babies for health issues because I am not a DR. So this article gives body care ideas wich do ultimately lead to better health for many, less toxins on the body = better immune system & better health..
You are the parent only you can know if your child is allergic to something because allergies to natural things is a possibility, anyone can be allergic to anything. You also know if you should take your child to the DR & not treat them at home, I also urge you to research everything & to in many cases to consult a DR/Holistic DR first.

When it comes to babies & young children you may only need a warm bath with water only, after all unless your kids are rolling in bacteria most of the things they get on them actually help their immune system, but I always prefered even for my newborns to add some baking soda to the water because it helps clean & is a great moisturizer for skin & alleviates skin issues, balances PH of the skin & is an all around great natural soap either just in the bath water or in a baking soda water paste. & as a plus Baking soda doubles as shampoo, so it’s a great all over wash for babies, children, teens & adults. Another great item for the skin you could add to bath water is epsom salt.

Vitamins & health
Most babies do not need to take extra vitamins they get what they need from mammas milk, & later from proper nutrition. But many will add raw coconut oil to formula as an immune booster. because of the lauric acid in the raw/Virgin coconut oil Breast milk is the only other natural  source that contains such a high concentration of lauric acid as raw coconut oil, which could explain the drastic decrease of infections of all types in  breast-fed babies. Making raw coconut oil a great addition to a newborn, baby, toddlers, child anyone’s diet. (info on Coconut oil & Lauric acid here)
