Recipe for Ranch dressing and Ranch dip (Raw Milk Kefir)

Using your milk kefir & milk kefir cheese to make probiotic goodness your kids will love.

I started making ranch dressing & dip & now I can not make it fast enough, my kids love it, especially the dip with tortilla chips.

These recipe are so easy, but taste so amazing & everyone will ask for more.

Buy kombucha, milk kefir & water Kefir


Ranch dressing

What you need:

  • 2 cups of finished milk kefir
  • 1 to 2 tsp fresh or concentrate lemon juice (or use lime juice or apple cider vinegar)
  • 1/2 to 1 tbsp fresh finely chopped parsley (or parsley flakes)
  • 1 tsp fresh minced garlic (or used jar minced garlic or garlic powder)
  • 1 to 2 tsp very finely cut onion (or onion powder)
  • small pinch of red pepper flakes
  • small pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt
  • small pinch of course black pepper
  • Optional
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  •  1 tbsp of milk kefir cheese
  • 1 tbsp of mustard
  • 1 tbsp of grated parmesan cheese

How too:

  1. in a bowl or wide mouth jar add all ingrediants
  2. stir until fully mixed (or use a hand mixer/frother)
  3. adjust as needed for your own taste.
  4. add to salad dressing
  5. refrigerate covered or sealed.
  6. enjoy

Ranch dip

What you need:

  • 2 cups of finished milk kefir cheese
  • 1 to 2 tbsp finished milk kefir (or milk)
  • 1 to 2 tsp lemon juice (or use lime juice or apple cider vinegar)
  • 1/2 to 1 tbsp fresh finely chopped parsley (or parsley flakes)
  • 1 tsp fresh minced garlic (or used jar minced garlic or garlic powder)
  • 1 to 2 tsp very finely cut onion (or onion powder)
  • small pinch of red pepper flakes
  • small pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt
  • small pinch of course black pepper
  • Optional
  • 1 to 2 tsp mayonnaise
  • 1 to 2 tbsp mashed avocado
  • 1 tsp of mustard
  • 1 to 2 tbsp of grated parmesan cheese

How too:

  1. add all ingrediants in a bowl
  2. stir until fully mixed
  3. if thicker than you like add more finished milk kefir, if not thick enough add more milk kefir cheese.
  4. adjust as needed for your own taste.
  5. refrigerate covered or sealed.
  6. enjoy
