This body scrub can be used before your bathing ritual to help keep you exfoliate, moisturize and invigorate.
Materials: essential oils, herbs, muslin bag.
Made to order.
Talk about something so simple but so lovely. I love to take soaking baths, I have always been more & bath person & I do love herbs & essential oils, so as I read the things that were in this bag I knew I had to give it a try. I could feel the soothing bath I could take with this bag full of herbs. I was really taken by the fact it has some of my favorites in it, peppermint, rosemary, lemongrass, calendula, licorice root, mullien, dandelion, lavender, rosepetal, orange peel & more. And essential oils of lavender, peppermint, lime, bergamot, ylang ylang, frankincense. I know now you want this bag of herbs for your bath too.
The concept is simple add 1/2 cup of the dried herbs to the bag, pull the drawstring, run a hot bath with the bag in it & also use the bag to scrub your skin with all this great goodness. It can be used twice then all you have to do is compost the herbs. OK of course you do have to let your teen daughter know they are your herbs & not for her potpourri bowl lol. But otherwise easy. Skin feels amazing after, I just apply a bit of raw coconut oil or argan oil & I and all set.
