Review time:

Have I said lately how awesome Tropical Traditions Customer service is & how fast they ship? They are so awesome that it makes the whole tropical Traditions experience positive & makes them one of my favorite places to order from.

OK so I picked Tea Tree as the scent for us to try, I did this because we love Tea Tropical Traditions foaming hand soap 2Tree & love its ability to clean & sanitize. The foaming hand soap is also available in Lavender & unscented.

My package arrived by FedEx safe as always & again my kids came running for the package opening, you would think it was some wonderful gift for them, not a natural soap for me to blog about, but that is how our family rolls. As I pull the soap out of the box they all got excited, I think their brains all at the same time locked on foaming (as in suds). As mentioned above kids love suds!

So right away we tried it out on our hands & we all loved it, but my husband was not home yet & he will be the ultimate test of how well this soap works, he is a factory worker that comes home black as black. So after he got home he washed his hands (a bit Foaming handsoap 2reluctantly) since as I have said before he is not all that deep into natural & really sometimes gets tired of all the natural products everywhere rather they are DIY or not. But he is coming around more & more, so he has recently been a bit more willing to try them. So he tried it & loved it & it cut through the grimy blackness on his hands.

We sat it on the kitchen sink for a few days & used it for washing hands took cook etc. Then we moved it into the bathroom so we could use it there & for any guest that stop by.

What alternative uses did I find?

Shaving: We discovered that shaving with the foaming hand soap is great, & even my teen daughter that already loved using the Tropical Traditions Dish liquid to shave with loves the foaming  hand soap. It left our skin nice & soft with a close Tropical Traditions foaming hand soap 1shave & no razor burn & no issues for anyone with sensitive skin & no hives or rashes. I have not got my husband to shave with it yet, but when I mentioned it he seemed interested, so maybe soon he will try it, so stay tuned.

Dog wash: We also discovered this foaming hand soap made a great doggy wash, it left our little dogs skin soft & not dry, and because of the tea tree oil it killed fleas too.

Spot stain remover: I used the foaming soap, a bit of baking soda & a toothbrush to effectively remove various stains from clothing before washing. It could also be used on some upholstery or mattresses (spot check first).

Eye glasses wash: The foaming soap & some hot water worked great for those times my glasses needed to be thoroughly cleaned.

If you would like to purchase your own refillable container of foaming hand soap or a refill bottle of hand soap, they are on sale right now on Tropical Traditions. go here for info.

Info from Tropical Traditions:

These soaps are made from our organic Virgin Coconut Oil. They produce a very rich lather, and are scented with organic essential oils.

The key to any healthy, natural soap is the oil that is used as the base. Tropical Traditions soaps are made with Organic Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil as their base, and the scented varieties use only high-quality organic essential oils. There are very few soaps made from 100% coconut oil, and most soaps on the market today that are made from coconut oil are made from highly refined versions of these oils, and may contain chemical solvents that were used in the refining process. Tropical Traditions Virgin Coconut Oil is traditionally made from fresh organic coconuts, and independent laboratory tests show that it has a higher level of antioxidants than other coconut oils. While other coconut oil soaps may exist in the market place containing refined coconut oil, few if any will be made with high quality Organic Virgin Coconut Oil.

Most liquid soaps you find have added ingredients to make them thicker in consistency. Tropical Traditions Natural Liquid Soaps are made from 100% organic Virgin Coconut Oil, and nothing else. The scented varieties have organic essential oils added. These are packaged in a special foam pump dispenser that adds air to the soap, causing a rich lather of foam to come out.

Because of this special foam dispenser, and a pure liquid soap with no added fillers or thickening agents, you get more uses per container. Use our economical 32 oz. refill sizes to refill your pump dispensers.

Ingredients: saponified organic virgin coconut oil. Scented varieties: organic essential oils of tea tree and lavender.
